You may receive the following error starting Travelport Smartpoint

No Host Connection Error

 This may be resolved by trying the following:

Close running Galileo Desktop and Travelport Smartpoint
Press Your Windows Key + r (to get a run box) 
in the run box type services.msc
In the list displayed find the Galileo SSL Tunnel Service
Ensure the Service is started 
Start Travelport Smartpoint

If you still experience the same issue, consider upgrading your SSL client software to the latest release under Travelport Software Then, after upgrading your SSL client software, if you are still unable to connect, try resetting your client Identifier. This can be done via MyTravelport or the helpdesk
